Kingdom Conquest: Dark Empire
The first project I worked on at SEGA Hardlight. It was thrilling to work on bringing a successful Japanese franchise to a wider audience.
I was predominantly responsible for overseeing the City’s art development, creating and setting the style and workflow for the buildings, providing concept sketches and art direction; as well as implementing and polishing the environment terrain.
As the city neared completion, I lent my skills to other areas of the project, including:
Designing and animating the radial menu for the City UI
Helping to implement, and provide art, animation and design for the FTUE
Art direction, implementation and animation for the card draw and battle systems, including their UI, collaborating with the code team to get everything working.
Produced and polished icons and dialogs for the UI
Creating environments for the battle system
